FAQ

Q: Will this fit a TV screen that is outside of the recommended sizes?
A: While it fits, we would never recommend it. The 55"-65" LED light strip is designed to have the color sync technology work with how the strip would be installed on a specific TV frame size. Screens smaller in size would end up having colors that wouldn't be able to sync with our lens controller unit efficiently.

Q: Do you have a unit designed for larger screens?
A: Yes! We have a 75"-85" version coming in 2025.

Q: Can I use the Aura Floor Lamp without the Smart TV Backlight?
A: Yes, you can use this lamp as a stand alone light, but we recommend pairing it with our Aura Smart TV Backlight.

Q: Can this lamp light up an entire room?
A: No. This is not what this type of floor lamp is designed to do. This is a corner floor lamp that shines when it's your accent light. It's here to create a mood. Where it shines? If you need a warm cozy light when you wind down for the night. If you need to fill in the entire space of your entertainment room with lighting.
