Aura Labs is committed to providing high-quality home entertainment solutions, and we stand behind our products with a comprehensive one-year warranty. This warranty is designed to ensure customer satisfaction and to protect your investment in our innovative devices.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, Aura Labs will, at its discretion, either repair the device at no charge or replace it with a new or refurbished device that is functionally equivalent to the original.
To be eligible for warranty service, customers must retain proof of purchase, which may include a receipt or order confirmation. The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It is important to note that this warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.
In the event of a warranty claim, customers should contact Aura Labs customer support at support@auralabs.ai. Our support team will guide you through the process of submitting a warranty claim and provide instructions on how to return the device if necessary.
Upon receiving the returned device, Aura Labs will inspect it to determine if the issue is covered under the warranty. If the warranty claim is approved, the repair or replacement will be processed promptly. Customers can expect to receive their repaired or replaced device within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 10 to 15 business days.
